Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was okay, although the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours conversations. The room pillows are ridiculously hard and high - I had to use a folded towel so I didn't wake with a crooked neck. Your car park is atrocious - rather than trying to cram so many vehicles in it would be better to fix the line marking so there is enough turning room to maneuver even the smallest car.

Sam who greeted us was amazing, friendly and helpful then we entered our room it was clean warm and great decor. Lovely view of the park and being on a rise great view of the river. But the best feature ‘The Bed’ so comfortable. In words of goldilocks “Just Right”. Thank you great start to our Tassie trip
